In mid-January 2020, weak signals were pointing to the rapid development of a global pandemic. We had an emergency meeting with our client Rush Digital to brainstorm how a digital approach could be used to mitigate a pandemic in New Zealand. The result was the creation of the award-winning and life-saving covid tracer app. This became the most downloaded app in the country.
